No two jobs are the same, and the price will be dependent on many things. The ethos of Cycle Tech UK is about giving you genuine value and service, that you will experience with your local Cycle Tech. Creating an ongoing relationship, by supporting the needs of the customer.

Bespoke services 

 There are too many variables to offer a price without first seeing your bike. 
Use this Price Menu as a guide. 
  • A bicycle can be an expensive purchase so it makes good sense to maintain it and hopefully prolong its life by having it regularly serviced. Or a 5-minute adjustment could become a 5-hour overhaul. 
  • Whilst a good majority of what our mobile workshop does is unique to the individual requirements of each repair we see. The menu found should be used as a guide, as a Cycle Technician cannot give quotes (or even vague estimations) without seeing your bike first. (Our Technicians carry out an inspection and report - The M-Check. See below)

PDI safety check. Assembly of bikes that have been purchased online. The quality check, to ensure you are fitted to the bike,  and know how everything works before hitting the road.

(Any damage to the bike, where parts are required, is chargeable and should be covered by the supplier. Photographic evidence and a report will be supplied first)

1st Service

The 30-day checkup - All new bikes and e-Bikes have a “settling in” phase, where cables might stretch, spokes might change tension, and the like. We strongly advise you to have your new cycle booked in roughly thirty days or 100 miles so that we can check it over and make any adjustments needed.

  • Covering those jobs that require an inspection or estimate before any work is carried out. Discussing your requirements and options available. 
  •  In all other cases choose from the service above. Starting from £65.00 or the mechanic can recommend the service type after the inspection. 
  • There may be a travel charge added. Depending on location, this will be dicused in advance.
  • Same day service available. There may be a fee involved.  You will be notified of any charge in advance.

For e-Bikes & Diagnostics

Fault finding, warranty work/cases, servicing and PDI's

  • Minimum charge of £75.00
  • On-site visit within the mechanics working area. Travel charge may be applicable. Starting From £10.00, or Collect & returned available across the UK From £55/hour depending on your location. You will be notified of any charge. See our Google map of coverage. View MAP
  • e-Bike Technicians for BOSCH, Shimano, & other selective brands
  • M-Check included. 
  • Call out - inspection & report. Further investigation may be required.

Commercial Pricing

PDI's, Assembly of bikes that have been purchased online. Including delivery and handover to show how everything works.


PDI Pricing:  As a very rough guide for most ebikes the lowest price is £60 to £80.00 worst-case scenario would normally be £100.00 - £199.00. Travel time may be involved. (It is not common, but if parts get damaged and require changing, this cost may be exceeded. Again, you will be informed of this before any work is carried out).


The 1st service is important to find issues before the customer does, reducing returns.


Warranty Cases: The e-Bike is first inspected, then we contact you with a report, advising if a deeper investigation is first required to diagnose and price before going ahead with any work. All onsite visits or collections have a minimum fee depending on our partnership and the e-Bikes system.


After sales service and warranty for commercial use, large quantities and fleets of bikes. Do get in touch as every bike, e-Bike, manufacturer, brand and online sales are unique.
