General costing from our experience is a guide only, a more accurate costing is available once the Trike has been inspected.
Any travel, on-site inspections or booking a slot would be discussed with the Cycle Technician, after he receives your request, when he gets in contact with you to arrange a visit or discuss what service or repair is required.
